We need to have the control of our revenue. For this reason is important to understand how our customers buy our products or services.

## Unconfortable questions

We need to know basic KPIs of our business, but unfortunately a lot of CMOs don't know to answer them:

  • How much we are increasing our revenue vs last month vs same month last year?
  • How much revenue we have from recurring customers vs new customers? and revenue?
  • How many clicks our customers need before to make a purchase? and days?
